The Machine Operator will safely operate and set up fabrication machines to produce parts for panel boards and switch boards supporting internal and external customers.

Salary
Base: $23 - $25 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Variable incentive program eligible; Benefits: Health, welfare, retirement, paid and unpaid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Operate shearing, punching and bending machines
Use Dynamic Machine Management software
Perform machine setup and safety checks
Read and interpret fabrication drawings
Follow standardized operating procedures
Nice-to-have
Good digital skills including MS Office
Problem solving and troubleshooting ability
Good communication and organizational skills
Work safely on multiple projects
Experience with drawing vault software
Key Requirements
Completed high school diploma
Minimum one year fabrication experience with shearing, punching or bending machines
Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship
Candidates must reside within 80 km radius of Milton, ON
