Job Summary
The role is accountable for delivering the capital investment portfolio across all Belgian GSK sites while ensuring adoption of state-of-the-art technologies.
You will manage end-to-end delivery of Engineering projects ranging from Sustainable Energy to Operational & Utilities Engineering Upgrades in line with GSK Safety, Quality & Compliance standards.
This position requires a Senior Director level leader to mentor staff, manage a budget of up to 150 M£ annually, and drive continuous improvement through automation.
