Job Summary

  • CFD Research is looking for a motivated individual to support the development of physics-based simulation software in support of the Mars Campaign office Earth Independent Operation’s Mission Management portfolio at Marshall Space Flight Center.
  • The selected applicant will work on an integrated customer/contractor team designing, developing, and testing software models and simulations for an Environmental Control and Life Support System (ECLSS).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years experience in variable-mass physics-based models
  • Minimum 10 years experience in fluid dynamics simulations
  • Minimum 10 years experience architecting distributed simulations
  • Minimum 10 years experience developing distributed models and simulations
