Job Summary

  • As a strategic HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and owning the HR agenda and supporting the leadership team to build a strong, future ready organisation.
  • This is a strategic and hands on role, partnering closely with the Management Team to strengthen leadership capability, organisational effectiveness, culture, and engagement while ensuring a robust and compliant HR foundation.
  • The role offers significant autonomy to shape the people agenda within a warm, pragmatic culture and provides international collaboration, learning and development opportunities.

Salary

Base: €5,000 - €5,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours); Bonus/Equity: Annual company bonus; Benefits: Pension scheme
