FalconX is seeking a Counsel for Corporate and FinTech Products to provide strategic legal guidance and support its commercial strategy while ensuring compliance with regulations in the digital asset space. Job Summary

  • Lead the drafting, negotiation, and review of complex commercial agreements, including SaaS licensing, strategic partnerships, vendor services, and client-facing institutional trading agreements.
  • Track global regulatory developments in the digital asset and financial services space, advising stakeholders on future amendments or risks to our commercial product suite.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to launch new features while adhering to financial regulations.
