Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced manager to lead the team responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM) of our external parties, including authentication and authorization services.
  • This role combines product-oriented leadership, modern engineering practices, and strong stakeholder alignment to drive measurable security and business outcomes.

Salary

Base: 128,300 - 156,800; Bonus/Equity: 15% annual bonus target with potential payout up to double target; Benefits: Multiple benefits offered to support physical and mental wellbeing, Share plan & other savings

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years in information technology
  • At least 3 years managing technical teams in security or IAM
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives at scale
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with IAM
  • Experience with major IAM solutions is an asset
  • Relevant certifications are an asset
  • French is an asset
  • Eligible to work in Canada
