Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years healthcare analytics experience
Advanced SQL proficiency with large datasets
Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik certification
Epic certification in Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito, or Radar
Experience with EHR, claims, and operational data
Client-facing consulting and stakeholder management
Nice-to-have
Python or R programming experience
Cloud-based analytics platforms like Azure or Snowflake
Machine learning or advanced analytics background
Agile methodology experience in project delivery
Mentorship and team leadership capabilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
Minimum 8 years of related experience
Certification in major visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
