Job Summary

• Drive underwriting excellence across the business by establishing and ensuring adherence to peer review process, risk appetite, underwriting guidelines, net limits management and portfolio rate and pricing adequacy.
• Lead HO underwriting team in efficiently handling referrals from field underwriters for a diverse array of new and renewal accounts, with emphasis on risk selection, loss rating, program design, pricing, and coverage evaluation.
