Must-have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Three years of office administration experience
Ability to work weekends and evenings
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat
Nice-to-have
Higher education professional experience
Familiarity with Texas A&M academic procedures
Knowledge of FERPA regulations
Experience with Banner student information systems
Training presentation and delivery skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Three years of office administration experience
Must be able to work occasional weekends and evenings
Compliance with federal and state laws including FERPA
