Job Summary

  • The Custodian Lead position assists the Custodial Supervisor in training new employees, planning assignments for adequate coverage, and inspecting the building to ensure established cleaning standards are met.
  • As a custodial team member, you will implement and maintain assigned cleaning standards, communicate with Rec Sports staff to address needs, and promote a collaborative team environment.
