Job Summary
The Service Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing service marketing initiatives that drive Repair Orders, Average Ticket growth, service retention, and customer pay performance across the GM dealer network.
This role combines structured execution with analytical rigor, ensuring special programs—particularly Mantenimiento Integrado —are delivered with discipline, tracked through KPIs, and translated into clear business results.
This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis.
