Base: $139,000 - $257,550 annually (US); California Base: $177,900 - $257,550; Short-term incentives via Annual Incentive Plan
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years experience in release engineering or SRE
Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash scripting
Extensive experience with Kubernetes and containerization
Fluency in modern AI tools like Cursor and Co-Pilot
Experience coordinating releases with internal clients
Nice-to-have
Self-motivated desire to automate all tasks
Strong collaboration skills across distributed teams
Familiarity with Flask and React frameworks
Ability to drive projects to conclusion independently
Experience writing technical process documentation
Key Requirements
B.Sc. or higher in related field or equivalent experience
5+ combined years in release engineering, SRE, or software engineering
Schedule availability for meetings between 7AM-10AM Pacific time
