Job Summary

  • The Access Supervisor assumes management responsibility during the absence of the manager including educating staff on payer requirements and government rules and regulations required for compliance and customer service.
  • The ED Access Supervisor performs regular audits to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance and provides reports of findings, and works with the administrative team to develop corrective action plans.

  • High School Diploma/GED PLUS seven (7) years of registration and/or billing experience

  • Two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • CHAA Certification
