The successful candidate will manage portfolios of clients while executing IT due diligence, post-merger integrations, and separations from inception to completion.

Must-have
Minimum 3 years M&A experience
IT due diligence and integration planning
Enterprise architecture and systems integration knowledge
Post-merger separation and carve-out execution
Stakeholder management and project coordination
Nice-to-have
Business development and proposal support
Strong analytical and hypothesis drawing skills
Knowledge sharing and informal coaching abilities
Understanding of financial results and valuation
Ability to work in a global network environment
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of M&A experience
Working knowledge of IT functions including infrastructure and cybersecurity
Experience with pre-deal due diligence and synergy analysis
