Job Summary

  • Provide remote or on-site technical support for installation and maintenance issues, ride comfort, and customer specification requirements.
  • Train local Trainers/employees during site visits and/or deliver scheduled training sessions, and co-operate with global and local training centres.
  • Coordinate field support team and activities, set appropriate KPI to field support team and team members, and report KPI on a monthly basis to responsible management.
