Cytiva is seeking a Service Sales Development Manager for the EMEA West region, responsible for managing service requests and sales for bioprocess services. The role is fully remote with approximately 50% travel, targeting candidates with a background in biosciences or engineering and fluency in French and English
Job Summary
Responsible for representing Cytiva's bioprocess service portfolio and acting as the technical and commercial expert regarding service requests in all allocated accounts in EMEA West Zone.
Build close and long-lasting relationships with customers' key opinion leaders on all service related matters for Cytiva bioprocess hardware and identify technical trends.
Take personal ownership of the complete sales process including complex commercial negotiations with customers on site especially for upgrades for Cytiva bioprocess hardware.
