Successful candidates will work 1:1 with selected students and support small groups in mainstream classes and inclusion areas via intervention sessions.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Experience working with pupils diagnosed with ASD
Experience supporting students with ADHD or SEMH
GCSE level literacy and numeracy education
Nice-to-have
Previous experience working with young people
Commitment to continuous improvement and personal development
Desire to commence Teacher Training in the future
