Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related mental health field
  • Independent licensure preferred
  • At least five years of MHPSS related work experience
  • Demonstrated experience with refugee and asylum populations
  • Strong expertise on the impacts of trauma
  • Ability to provide technical support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • External relations and partnership development experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
