Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals for National and European funding bodies, coordinating inputs from the Engineering Centres of Competence (CoCs) and relevant functions.
Lead the operational execution -in time, cost, and quality- of the R&T projects under your responsibility, ensuring full compliance with funding body regulations.
Support the transition from R&T to R&D with the CoCs, anticipating risks and ensuring the transfer is integrated into their strategic development.
