  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Microsoft Platform and O365 services
  • Remote desktop services expertise
  • Network and telecommunications troubleshooting
  • Customer service focus
  • Hybrid work model

  • Experience in healthcare environment
  • ITIL v4 Certification

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in IT
  • Experience with Microsoft Platform and cloud systems
  • ITIL v4 Certification – desirable
  • Knowledge of remote management and ticket management tools
