Job Summary
This person will have responsibility for handling third party commercial contracts related to Oaktree’s business and operational activities across different regions including USA, EMEA and APAC.
Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating third party commercial contracts including master service agreements, consultancy agreements, service agreements, engagement letters, manpower/ staffing services agreements, SOWs, non-disclosure agreements, work orders, purchase orders, amendment agreements and other vendor contracts.
The firm emphasizes an opportunistic, value-oriented, and risk-controlled approach to investments in credit, equity, and real estate.
