  • The Data Quality Analyst (Lead) is an analytical thinker within the Data Governance Program that drives initiatives to ensure Motion Data is trustworthy, harmonized and fully prepared to support advanced analytics and AI.
  • Assist Data Governance Program Manager in the creation of an enterprise data quality program across established Motion data domains by helping define standards, controls and shared expectations for CDEs, metrics, regulatory reporting, operational performance and AI-ready data.

Key Requirements

  • 3-5+ years Data Quality Tools experience
  • Advanced SQL skills required
  • Experience using Data Governance Platforms
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform Dataplex preferred
  • Experience creating DQ dashboards/KPIs using BI Analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of data lineage and impact analysis
  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
