Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management
Proven experience as a Construction Project Director on large-scale infrastructure projects
Successful Alliance and /or Managing Contractor form of contract delivery
Defence sector experience preferred
Demonstrated high commercial acumen, strong leadership, and communication skills
Proven ability to work with internal and external clients, influence outcomes and manage relationships
Knowledge of relevant construction laws, regulations, and industry best practices
