Job Summary

  • Join NatWest Markets as a VP, Corporate Securitization and become part of a growing team underwriting, purchasing, and syndicating securitization transactions linked primarily to Private Credit.
  • You will be responsible for providing origination support, leading execution, and supporting the development and maintenance of client relationships, income streams, or new business opportunities.
  • The role involves leading the structuring and execution of securitisation transactions, working with clients, client facing teams, Trading, Finance, Legal, and other functions, with opportunities to work on both US and European customers.

Salary
