The role involves developing educational programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and training pharmacy personnel to enhance quality and safety in pharmacy practices
Job Summary
This role is responsible for developing and providing education and competency activities for pharmacy personnel under the supervision of the System Pharmacy Education Manager.
The specialist must ensure compliance with regulatory agencies including accreditation agencies, CHFS, DEA, and state Boards of Pharmacies in Kentucky and Indiana.
Candidates will serve as a system lead subject matter expert on pharmacy technician related education and competencies while coordinating scheduling of in-services.
