Key Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in residential projects
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management or related field
  • Experience producing and meeting requirements of Inspection and Test Plans
  • Knowledge of construction techniques in residential projects
  • Good understanding of Quality within the Design Process
  • Experience of large complex construction projects (low rise residential/villas)
