This role serves as the corporate subject matter expert responsible for defining the strategy and end-to-end requirements for the Occupant Thermal Comfort feature.
The successful candidate will partner with safety teams to support Potential Hazard Analysis and ensure all feature development gates are met throughout the Global Vehicle Development Process.

DFSS Black Belt certification required

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science
Valid driver's license with ability to operate test vehicles
DFSS Black Belt certification
7+ years experience in thermal or energy engineering
