The Specialist Electrical is responsible for providing 24/7 technical support to operations and internal/external clients regarding electrical control and power distribution systems in the plant.
They will develop and manage engineering support plans for capital projects, ensuring compliance with Hershey's standards and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to meet project timelines and budgets.
The role includes troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation issues to avoid production downtime and ensuring safe work practices aligned with NEC and NFPA standards.
