Job Summary
Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping, and, if applicable, Laundry, directing and working with employees to ensure property areas are clean and well maintained.
Participates in the management of the department’s controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals and understands the impact of department’s operations on the overall property financial goals.
Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met, and participates in the employee performance appraisal process.
