  • Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping, and, if applicable, Laundry, directing and working with employees to ensure property areas are clean and well maintained.
  • Participates in the management of the department’s controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals and understands the impact of department’s operations on the overall property financial goals.
  • Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met, and participates in the employee performance appraisal process.
