You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in developing policies, ensure compliance with procedures, and participate in quality assurance and facility surveys.
The role involves nursing care functions including resident assessments, medication monitoring, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment management, and care plan coordination.
