Nutrafol is seeking a Sr. Director of Media Strategy to lead innovative media strategies that enhance brand equity and drive customer acquisition. The role requires significant experience in media strategy, particularly in eCommerce/DTC settings, along with strong analytical and creative skills

Job Summary

  • Lead the development and execution of innovative media strategies across upper- and mid-funnel channels, owning substantial media budgets to drive brand equity, awareness, and consideration.
  • Drive innovation in placements, partnerships, and sponsorships, evaluating non-traditional media opportunities and incorporating AI-driven tools to expand reach and impact.
  • Partner with Data & Analytics and Performance Marketing to translate measurement studies into strategies, ensuring awareness and consideration KPIs are monitored and linked to business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in media strategy, brand marketing, or growth marketing
  • Experience working in an eCommerce/DTC company

  • Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with multiple analytics and measurement tools
