  • The primary purpose of your job position is to oversee the facility to ensure assessments are completed per guidelines.
  • You will track and monitor QM and QASP performance monthly and quarterly, providing data analysis and clinical recommendations.
  • This role includes providing PDPM and MDS training to new MDS Coordinators and ensuring the accurate completion of all MDS assessments.
