  • Clean all resident apartments and common areas
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures

  • Lift cleaning equipment and products of 40+ pounds
  • Report health, safety, and sanitation concerns

  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred

Key Requirements

  • Age 18 or over with proper work permit
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Background clearances as required by regulations
  • Negative TB test results within last 6 months
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
