  • The Business Manager is responsible for directing all day-to-day operations to achieve business plans, attaining annual sales and growth goals, and driving improvements throughout the plant utilizing continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
  • This role supports Timken’s global initiatives and regularly interfaces with key cross-functional areas to ensure customer satisfaction requirements are met.
