• The Production Supervisor is responsible for employee safety, quality, and supervising production in a high pace environment.
• Ensure all members are trained and working in a safe manner, with continuous monitoring for unsafe acts and maintenance concerns.
• Promote and support Marmon Utility Lean program by engaging operators in lean activities, training and suggestions.
