Job Summary
Works closely with the Operations Manager and Operation Team Leaders to assist with ice rink preparation and maintenance, including event set-up and services.
Responsible for the cleaning, upkeep and minor maintenance of the facility and related support areas, reporting major maintenance items and safety concerns to management.
Responsible for delivering the highest level of service to all clients and events, assisting in resolving client’s questions and concerns.

Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Ohio driver’s license
