Job Summary
As a Design Engineer, you are responsible for delivering casting and structure component solution for torque converter, transmission, axle to support NPI, cost reduction, etc.
You will broadly work w/ cross function team, including Drivetrain system engineering team, NPI team, purchasing team, receiving facility quality team, supply chain team, supplier, etc. to ensure goals are achieved.
Demonstrate strong customer focus to meet customer needs from PQVC by applying new technology, designing new component, improving manufacturing processes/methods, etc.
