Job Summary

• Serve as the face of Advanced Creation Testing and Quality for assigned category segments, leading cross divisional and cross functional perception, concept, and laboratory testing.
• Drive and implement strategic initiatives in Advanced Creation Testing across categories and horizontal functions to strengthen testing frameworks and capabilities.
• This position includes people management responsibilities and accountability for building team capability and succession planning.

Salary

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Four year college or university degree
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience
• Four year college or university degree with focus on product engineering, sports science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the sporting goods industry, ideally in Testing, Quality Assurance, or Research and Development
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Expert knowledge of product and manufacturing processes including product and material engineering
• Strong analytical skills with clear understanding of business priorities
• Ability to interpret complex sport and exercise science and translate insights to internal and external partners
• Biomechanical knowledge relevant to product testing and performance
• Deep understanding of product quality, integrity, and consumer perception
• Effective communication and presentation skills
