Job Summary

  • Ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in customer service (inbound and outbound calls) for all VitalAire clients, responding promptly to their requests.
  • Utilize the troubleshooting tool for situation resolution when on-site intervention is not required, escalating to the CATT team when necessary.
  • Daily analysis of the patient dashboard with a prescription for modification without an associated service order, analyzing each case and scheduling interventions or creating cases for the Commercial Delegate.
