Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing IRB compliance, participant recruitment and scheduling, biospecimen collection logistics, and coordination of laboratory analyses.
Key decisions include protocol adherence vs. feasibility adjustments, dose escalation and safety thresholds, resource allocation, data quality control, and vendor/supply decisions.
