Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret data and support insight-driven decision-making while coordinating internal workflows for deal execution.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
1-3 years business development experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation creation
Ability to collaborate across legal and finance teams
Nice-to-have
Passion for boxing and combat sports landscape
Experience with sponsorship activations and live events
Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Knowledge of media rights and content distribution
