The Client Service Advocate supports Registered Investment Advisor and Broker Dealer clients by delivering high-quality service and operational assistance.
This role requires solid knowledge of Wealth Management operations including Account Opening, Trading, Corporate Actions, and Tax Reporting.
Eligible candidates receive an annual discretionary cash bonus target of 5% and a restricted stock units bonus target of 5%.

Base: $65,000.00/Yr - $70,000.00/Yr; Bonus/Equity: 5% Cash Target + 5% RSU Target; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k) Match
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4+ years financial services experience
Knowledge of RIA and Broker Dealer operations
Experience with Account Opening and Maintenance
Familiarity with ACATS and Money Movement
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of Axos Securities platforms
Proactive solutions-oriented approach
Ability to identify growth opportunities
Key Requirements
HS Diploma required
4+ years relevant experience in financial services
Pass credit check, criminal background check, and drug screening
