  • Directly responsible for overall project management delivery on account, supporting clients with Capital Plan development, Program Scope, and assigning proper resources.
  • Develop project budget including hard costs and soft costs, and firm knowledge of construction cost/benefit analysis, while being an active leader in cost saves/avoidance.
