  • The primary purpose of this role is to lead the strategic direction and execution of all Research & Technology Development initiatives across the Product Category.
  • The incumbent must ensure adherence to FDA regulations, Quality Management Systems, and safety requirements while driving double-digit revenue growth.

Salary

Base: $203,250-$298,100; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program and stock awards for Directors and above; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and 10 days holidays
