Job Summary
You will actively contribute to guest comfort and satisfaction by respecting internal quality standards and assisting the Accommodation Director in achieving guest satisfaction.
You will supervise the design, implementation, and development of operational and administrative procedures for the hotel's housekeeping department, while also leading and motivating your teams.
You will be responsible for the cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetics of rooms, common areas, activity spaces, the spa, and the entire estate, while also managing the department's budget and economic results.
