Job Summary

• The Director of Deposits is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and management of the bank’s deposit products and strategies across primary retail and commercial lines of business and niche products such as HSA, IRA and wealth.
• This role ensures that deposit products are competitive, compliant, and aligned with client needs, while supporting the bank’s balance sheet and profitability objectives.
