  • 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Database Administrator
  • Advanced expertise in relational database systems
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, performance tuning, query optimization
  • Extensive experience with data modeling, table design, normalization
  • Proven ability to lead data cleaning, migration, and schema refactoring
  • Experience with database security, access control, auditing
  • Master’s degree in IT or Data Management (preferred) or equivalent experience and Bachelor’s degree
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT related field and three years of experience
  • Associate degree in computer science or IT related field and four years of experience
  • High School diploma and seven years of relevant experience
