This role serves as the primary interface for Vantage customers to ensure their needs are met while coordinating internal departments for support.
The position involves managing customer onboarding, construction reviews, and ongoing operational performance reporting including SLAs and KPIs.

Must-have
5+ years experience in data center operations or project management
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration or related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Visio
Ability to read electrical one-line diagrams
Experience with ITIL based Service Management programs
