Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end ERP project lifecycles, from discovery and planningthrough implementation and post-deployment support. Coordinate and align cross-functional teams across IT, Finance,Operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks using Agile,Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Facilitate workshops and executive meetings to align ERP solutionswith broader business objectives and strategic goals. Oversee data migration, system integration, and comprehensivetesting activities to ensure solution integrity. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, compliancerequirements, and stakeholder expectations. Develop and execute change management plans including user training,documentation, and ongoing support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, ora related discipline; MBA or Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 8 years of project management experience, with at least 5years leading ERP implementations. Proven success delivering large-scale ERP implementations Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain,HR, and operations. PMP or PRINCE2 certification required; additional Agile or ScrumMaster certification is advantageous. Experience managing remote and geographically dispersed teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder managementskills. Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Chinese and/or Malay is a plus to easily communication with clients.
