Job Summary
Monitor shipment E2E, daily shipment monitoring and respond to customer’s enquiries at Regional level.
Enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction by proactively addressing any issue that may arise during transportation process.
Participate / Lead operational review meetings with customer, to ensure Maersk performance stability and responsible for operational relationship and communication for Key clients.
